- Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house
- Double-check that all orders are complete, plated correctly, and served at the proper temperature
- Deliver food quickly and professionally to guest tables with confidence and hospitality
- Manage ticket priority and pace to match dining room flow
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the expo line and service stations
- Communicate dietary needs or special requests to the kitchen
- Support table resets, guest requests, and overall team needs during service
