Job Requirements

  • Must have a current food handler card or be able to obtain one
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment is preferred
  • Must be punctual, positive, and a collaborative team player
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills and eagerness to ensure guests receive timely, accurate service

Job Duties

  • Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house
  • Double-check that all orders are complete, plated correctly, and served at the proper temperature
  • Deliver food quickly and professionally to guest tables with confidence and hospitality
  • Manage ticket priority and pace to match dining room flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the expo line and service stations
  • Communicate dietary needs or special requests to the kitchen
  • Support table resets, guest requests, and overall team needs during service
