Job Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time or part-time
  • Availability to work night shifts (required) and day shifts (preferred)
  • Ability to commute to Streetsboro, OH 44241
  • Physical stamina and athleticism to handle the active pace of the role
  • Must maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members
  • Experience in bussing or food preparation is a plus
  • A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting

Job Duties

  • Deliver quality food that meets our standards from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner
  • Assist servers by ensuring that all necessary items are prepared and available for service
  • Communicate effectively and build rapport with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment
  • Bus tables and assist with cleaning duties to maintain a clean dining room
  • Help with food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries and needs promptly
  • Support banquet operations during special events, ensuring smooth service flow
