Job Requirements
- Ability to work full-time or part-time
- Availability to work night shifts (required) and day shifts (preferred)
- Ability to commute to Streetsboro, OH 44241
- Physical stamina and athleticism to handle the active pace of the role
- Must maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members
- Experience in bussing or food preparation is a plus
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting
Job Duties
- Deliver quality food that meets our standards from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner
- Assist servers by ensuring that all necessary items are prepared and available for service
- Communicate effectively and build rapport with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Bus tables and assist with cleaning duties to maintain a clean dining room
- Help with food preparation as needed, adhering to safety and hygiene standards
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest inquiries and needs promptly
- Support banquet operations during special events, ensuring smooth service flow
