Job Requirements
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- 21+ years of age
- Ability to stay organized throughout the day to avoid becoming overwhelmed during busy times
- Must be able to communicate well with other members of restaurant staff
- Ability to keep track of several different tasks at once
- Willingness to speak up to coworkers when necessary
- Available to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Responsible for helping to maintain the efficiency of a restaurant kitchen by delivering dishes to the table
- Making sure to deliver items to the customer’s table when they are ready
- Assists waiters and waitresses
- Keeps up a constant flow of items from the kitchen to the table to the dishwasher
- Visually checks food quality and presentation before preparing tray/to-go bag for transportation to guest
- Periodically confirms food quality and satisfaction based on menu descriptions with chef
- Considers servers take on guest feedback from food and communicates them to the line to assure a satisfied guest
- Assists and supports kitchen and restaurant staff as needed in areas pertaining to food, cleanliness, and communication between the front of house operation to the line
- Communicates any challenges to Chef and/or Restaurant Managers that pertain to service as well as side-work
- Assists in providing a safe work environment, assist managers in overseeing cleanliness and sanitation and assist chef with setting up daily specials before communicating them to the staff at pre-shift huddles and throughout shifts
- Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by The Waterfront Beach Resort from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position
