Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous food and beverage running experience one to five years
  • Food handler's card or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings and evenings

Job Qualifications

  • One to five years previous food and beverage running experience
  • Must have or be able to obtain a food handler's card
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards
  • Familiarity with guest relations and etiquette
  • Working knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
  • Ability to read, speak, write and understand English
  • Ability to remember and promote menu items
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders from kitchen to guests
  • Work closely with kitchen staff to confirm order correctness
  • Maintain clear communication with kitchen and front-of-house teams
  • Assist in setting and clearing food service areas as needed
  • Preserve cleanliness and organization of service stations
  • Exhibit professional and courteous guest interactions
  • Handle moderate physical tasks including lifting, pulling and pushing weights
