Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous food and beverage running experience one to five years
- Food handler's card or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings and evenings

- Must have or be able to obtain a food handler's card
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparations and service standards
- Familiarity with guest relations and etiquette
- Working knowledge of appropriate table settings and service ware
- Ability to read, speak, write and understand English
- Ability to remember and promote menu items
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders from kitchen to guests
- Work closely with kitchen staff to confirm order correctness
- Maintain clear communication with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Assist in setting and clearing food service areas as needed
- Preserve cleanliness and organization of service stations
- Exhibit professional and courteous guest interactions
- Handle moderate physical tasks including lifting, pulling and pushing weights
