Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One to five years of food and beverage service experience
- Food handler's card required or must be able to obtain
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
- Ability to interact professionally with guests and staff
Job Qualifications
- One to five years previous food and beverage running experience
- Must have or be able to obtain food handlers card
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparations
- Knowledge of service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Working knowledge of appropriate table settings, service-ware, and menu items
- Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English sufficiently
- Ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
Job Duties
- Ensure orders are accurately delivered from kitchen to guests
- Work closely with kitchen staff to verify order accuracy
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff
- Maintain speed and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
