Job Requirements

  • One to five years previous food and beverage running experience
  • Must have or be able to obtain a food handler's card
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
  • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
  • Flexible to adapt to business needs

Job Qualifications

  • One to five years previous food and beverage running experience
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
  • Working knowledge of table settings, service-ware, and menu items
  • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English to communicate with guests and staff
  • Ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items
  • Possession of or ability to obtain a food handler's card
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of food orders from kitchen to guests
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to verify order correctness
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to facilitate smooth service
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of food runner stations
  • Uphold high standards of food presentation and guest service
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight as required
  • Adapt to changing tasks and priorities as needed to support business operations
