Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- one to five years of related experience in food and beverage running
- food handlers card or ability to obtain
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- capacity to lift moderate weights
- availability to work flexible shifts including mornings and evenings
Job Qualifications
- one to five years previous food and beverage running experience
- must have or be able to obtain food handlers card
- strong knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- working knowledge of appropriate table settings, service-ware, and menu items
- ability to read, speak, write, and understand English sufficiently to communicate with guests and understand menus
- ability to remember, recite, and promote menu items
- ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight
Job Duties
