Job Requirements

  • One to five years previous food and beverage running experience
  • Must have or be able to obtain a food handlers card
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
  • Ability to read, speak, write and understand English
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Availability to work flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

  • One to five years previous food and beverage running experience
  • Must have or be able to obtain a food handlers card
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
  • Working knowledge of appropriate table settings, service-ware, and menu items
  • Ability to read, speak, write and understand English sufficiently to comprehend menus, promotions, and communicate with guests
  • Ability to memorize, recite, and promote a variety of menu items
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight

Job Duties

  • Ensure all food orders are accurately delivered from the kitchen to guests
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to confirm order details
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the food service area
  • Handle moderate physical tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing
  • Maintain continuous and courteous customer contact
  • Promote menu items and specials to guests when appropriate
  • Adapt to daily operational needs and changes as required
