- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
- Ability to read, speak, write and understand English

Job Qualifications
- One to five years previous food and beverage running experience
- Must have or be able to obtain a food handlers card
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette
- Working knowledge of appropriate table settings, service-ware, and menu items
- Ability to read, speak, write and understand English sufficiently to comprehend menus, promotions, and communicate with guests
- Ability to memorize, recite, and promote a variety of menu items
- Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight
Job Duties
- Ensure all food orders are accurately delivered from the kitchen to guests
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to confirm order details
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the food service area
- Handle moderate physical tasks including lifting, pulling, and pushing
- Maintain continuous and courteous customer contact
- Promote menu items and specials to guests when appropriate
- Adapt to daily operational needs and changes as required
