Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand for 9 hours
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform job functions while wearing specified uniform including proper footwear
  • Clear and accurate communication
  • Command of the English or Spanish language
  • Restaurant experience preferred but not necessary

  • Ability to work standing for extended periods
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds

Job Duties

  • Perform job functions in accordance with performance standards
  • Perform expo set up, running side work, and closing duties
  • Maintain product knowledge through continuous training
  • Garnish dishes with proper fresh garnishment
  • Report food quality or presentation issues to Chef and/or Leadership
  • Monitor ticket times and report any issues to Chef and/or Leadership
  • Maintain service line safety and sanitation, reporting any concerns to Chef and/or Leadership
  • Timely delivery of food from kitchen to designated table
  • Work with teamwork in mind
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Leadership Team
