Job Qualifications

  • Enjoy working on a team and in a fast pace environment

Job Duties

  • Tray food in accordance with tickets and spec
  • Run food to guests from expo line to dining areas using tray carrying techniques
  • Complete specified number of rolled silverware assigned by management
  • Communicate with guests and team members conveying specials and promotions
  • Keep kitchen work stations clean
  • Conduct regular restroom checks and restock restroom supplies as needed
  • Follow established operating procedure in handling and taking out garbage as well as maintenance of the garbage dumpster areas
  • Comply with established sanitation standards
  • Perform light duty cleaning to include use of mops and cleaners
  • Assist in the bar area as needed including washing and restocking glassware
  • Other responsibilities as may be assigned
  • Other functions assigned by management including take out linen, trash, stock plates, empty bus tubs, refill ice, wash glassware, assist other FOH and BOH team members
