Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or food service environments preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs frequently and perform moderate physical work
- Strong organizational and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and protocols

Job Duties
- Match order ticket(s) with prepared food items and sides once completed by the kitchen line staff
- Check presentation of plates for neatness and inclusion of all ordered items
- Monitor food quality and return sub-standard items to the kitchen
- Serve beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner
- Communicate with service staff to inform them of orders that have been delivered or returned
- Keep orders in sequence to ease service process
- Keep workstations well stocked of items and ingredients
- Remove used plates, glasses, cutlery, and napkins from tables once diners are done
- Reset tables in a speedy professional and efficient manner
- Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Provide prompt and efficient customer service
- Check back to ensure guest(s) satisfaction
- replenish items as necessary and/or requested
- Keep tables, dining room and workstation(s) sanitized and organized
- Listen and respond to customer complaints
- Perform clean-up and closing procedures as assigned by the manager
- Perform other duties as assigned
