Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk continually throughout an eight-hour shift
- Ability to attend work as scheduled including holidays and most weekends
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability
- Prior experience in a restaurant environment preferred
- Food handler’s card required
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products
- Ensure that all kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner and according to menu specifications
- Finalize the presentation of items and plates
- Validate food safety and sanitation standards
- Check with customers to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any issues
- Treat guests to ensure complete satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations
- Deliver exceptional customer service by coordinating orders quickly and efficiently
- Carry large loads of dishes to the kitchen for washing
- Support other restaurant areas such as setup, cleanup, prep work and equipment maintenance
- Maintain restrooms throughout shift
- Assist kitchen with cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and following breakdown checklists
