Job Duties
- assist event coordinator with event preparations and logistics
- set up and arrange event spaces including ballroom and conference rooms
- coordinate with vendors and clients during events
- help manage event schedules and timelines
- provide on-site support during events including troubleshooting and guest assistance
- tear down and reset event spaces after use
- perform other duties as assigned
