Job Duties
- Ability to multitask in a fast environment
- Ensure orders are being prepared in the proper order
- Ensure each plate is appropriately garnished and presentable for the guest
- Run food if the wait staff is busy
- Make sure sauces and garnishments are filled at the start and end of shift
- Break down any containers and help clean the line at close of business
- Ensure the line stays clean
