Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid Alaska Food Handlers card
- ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, maintain an attention to detail
- authorized to work in the US

- ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, maintain an attention to detail, while working in a team or group environment
- must have a valid Alaska Food Handlers card
- experience in this position involving customer service or food and beverage service
Job Duties
- perform a variety of entry-level restaurant tasks
- responsible for appearance and finished quality of food orders
- ensure food orders are served promptly and efficiently to the correct table in the restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction and overall food quality
- making sure cooks and runners are aware of ticket times and items going together
- watching that re-fire items get executed correctly
- communicating with team members if there are any issues with tickets
- informing management/chefs of issues
- ensuring re-fires are made and handled in the correct manner
