Job Duties
- facilitates and expedites the flow of food from the kitchen to the guests
- prepare food prep and production recipes per the Bricktown Brewery ChefPad
- may be required to complete finish work on food prior to delivery to guests
- handles any delivery inconsistencies or delays
- cleans and stocks in the restaurant
- performs side work
- packages to-go orders
- maintains high degree of pace and intensity
- reads, organizes and coordinates tickets
- operates and participates effectively in a team environment
