Job Requirements
- High school degree or GED
- Some experience in the restaurant or food service area as wait staff or cashier
- Must be alcohol certified
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen and background investigation
- Native American preference will be given

- Knowledge of dining and food maintenance operations and customer service
- Knowledge of all menu items including entrees, side dishes, beverages, and desserts
- Ability to communicate, read, and write clearly in basic English
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding guest service at all times
- Ability to service customers in a professional appearance and manner
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a stressful and busy environment
- Ability to obtain food handler's certification within three months
- Skill in providing excellent customer service
- Skill in utilizing computer equipment and POS systems
Job Duties
- Adheres to uniform standards set by the General Manager of the restaurant
- Expedited food from the kitchen window and fills orders to be delivered to proper tables
- Performs cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes, to keep equipment and facilities sanitary
- Performs job duties in a safe and sanitary manner
- Box menu items such as sandwiches, hot entrees, and desserts for takeout
- Scrub and polish counters, steam tables, and other equipment, and clean glasses, dishes, and fountain equipment
- Replenish beverages at serving stations and or guest tables
