Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, maintain an attention to detail, while working in a team or group environment
  • must have a valid Alaska Food Handlers card
  • must be authorized to work in the US

Job Duties

  • Perform a variety of entry-level restaurant tasks
  • responsible for appearance and finished quality of food orders
  • ensure food orders are served promptly and efficiently to the correct table in the restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction and overall food quality
  • make sure cooks and runners are aware of ticket times and items going together
  • watch that re-fire items get executed correctly
  • communicate with team members if there are any issues with tickets
  • inform management/chefs of issues
  • ensure re-fires are made and handled in the correct manner
