Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, maintain an attention to detail, while working in a team or group environment
- must have a valid Alaska Food Handlers card
- must be authorized to work in the US

Job Duties
- Perform a variety of entry-level restaurant tasks
- responsible for appearance and finished quality of food orders
- ensure food orders are served promptly and efficiently to the correct table in the restaurant while ensuring guest satisfaction and overall food quality
- make sure cooks and runners are aware of ticket times and items going together
- watch that re-fire items get executed correctly
- communicate with team members if there are any issues with tickets
- inform management/chefs of issues
- ensure re-fires are made and handled in the correct manner
