Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
experience in event planning or exhibit set up preferred
ability to lift and move heavy objects
valid driver's license and reliable transportation
excellent organizational and time management skills
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

Set up and dismantle exhibits at events and trade shows
ensure that all exhibits are set up properly and on time
work closely with event coordinators and vendors to ensure that all requirements are met
transport materials to and from events
maintain and repair exhibits as needed
ensure that all materials are properly stored and secured
provide excellent customer service to event attendees
