Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or kitchen environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must hold TABC certification

Job Duties
- Serve as the liaison between the kitchen and service staff during active shifts
- Check each plate for correct items, modifications, and presentation standards
- Communicate clearly and quickly with cooks and servers to ensure timely food delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized expo station
- Prioritize and organize food orders to ensure proper timing and flow of service
- Assist in running food to tables when needed
- Support the team with a positive attitude and a focus on guest satisfaction
