Job Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a collaborative mindset and openness to feedback
- positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work
- comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and among large crowds
- ability to remain patient in fast-paced, high-energy, and noisy environments
- confidence in starting conversations, engaging guests, and upholding safety expectations
- ability to lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, bend, stand for extended periods, and handle small objects
- willingness to learn cash handling, register systems, and facilitation best practices
- must be at least 16 years old
- must pass a background check

Job Duties
- Engage with visitors of all ages to spark meaningful family learning, support exploration, and encourage critical thinking
- deliver outstanding guest service by confidently assisting and supporting guests
- operate the front desk and gift shop cash register
- facilitate inquiry-based learning experiences with enthusiasm and curiosity
- work collaboratively with team members
- help maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming environment for guests and staff
- develop a strong understanding of Thanksgiving Point venues and offerings and share this knowledge effectively
