Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in community coordination or related field preferred
- Proficiency with online community platforms like Discourse
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including opening, closing and Saturdays
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods during shifts
- Full-time availability

Job Duties
- Lead the Community Expert program, including training policies and processes for the team, tracking system for category-based knowledge scoring, documentation of training development, incentives program and tools for success
- Lead recruiting efforts for the Community Expert Program through proactive recruiting, hosting in-store expert fairs and attending off-site recruiting events
- Responsible for the continued development of the Discourse platform chat community
- Partner with Marketing and In-Store Leadership team to support the online presence of the Expert Program
- Schedule and track Community Experts
- Execute processes and policies for the Expert Program to maintain documentation on training, quizzes, and category advancements
- Collaborate with Store Manager and HR in building, training and execution of program
- Foster a community-driven environment where Experts utilize their product knowledge to host events, workshops and demos regularly
- Partner with in-store support staff in establishing and maintaining experts available for classes, workshops and events aligned with community program efforts
- Support execution of promotional events in-store and scheduled usage of expert support
- Act as a company representative at local events to support marketing efforts of expert program and the store
- Adapt schedule based on store needs and business flow
- Embrace and promote GigaParts’ mission, vision and values
- Perform all other duties as assigned
