Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Problem solving skills
  • 2+ years in the customer service industry

Job Duties

  • Providing white glove service to the agents in our virtual environment
  • Assisting the agents with questions through the in-world ticketing system
  • Directing agents to appropriate areas for help across the company
  • Frontline support for the ticket system
  • Cross-trained in all areas of onboarding and post-onboarding support
  • Answering inquiries in Intercom
  • Following up with NPS detractors
  • Performing other duties as assigned
