Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • real estate experience preferred
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent organizational skills
  • strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • problem solving skills
  • 2 plus years in the customer service industry

Job Duties

  • providing white glove service to the agents in the virtual environment
  • assisting agents with questions through the ticketing system
  • directing agents to appropriate resources across the company
  • frontline support for the ticket system
  • cross-trained in all areas of onboarding and post-onboarding
  • answering inquiries through Intercom
  • following up with NPS detractors
  • performing other duties as assigned
