Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • real estate experience strongly preferred
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • excellent organizational skills
  • strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • problem solving skills
  • 2+ years in the customer service industry

Job Duties

  • Providing white glove service to agents in the virtual environment
  • assisting agents with questions through the ticketing system
  • directing agents to appropriate company resources
  • frontline support for the ticket system
  • cross-trained in all areas of onboarding and after onboarding
  • answering inquiries in Intercom
  • following up with NPS detractors
  • performing other duties as assigned
