Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service
  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work remotely within U.S. time zone of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM CST

Job Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Proven problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Provide frontline support for the ticket system
  • Cross-train in all areas of onboarding and post-onboarding support
  • Deliver white-glove service to real estate agents
  • Respond to inquiries via Intercom
  • Follow up with NPS detractors to improve service quality
  • Assist agents in navigating company resources
  • Perform other duties as assigned
