Job Requirements

  • high school diploma/GED
  • 2+ years in the customer service industry
  • real estate experience preferred
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong organizational skills
  • strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Provide frontline support for the ticketing system
  • assist agents through the onboarding and after onboarding processes
  • deliver white-glove service to agents
  • respond to inquiries via Intercom
  • follow up with NPS detractors
  • direct agents to appropriate help areas within the company
  • perform other duties as assigned
