Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Real estate experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 2 years in customer service industry

Job Duties

  • Providing white glove service to agents
  • Assisting agents with questions through the ticketing system
  • Directing agents to appropriate resources within the company
  • Frontline support for the ticket system
  • Cross-training in onboarding and post-onboarding areas
  • Answering inquiries within Intercom
  • Following up with NPS detractors
