Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Real estate experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Problem solving skills
  • At least 2 years in the customer service industry

Job Duties

  • Provide white glove service to agents in the virtual environment
  • Assist agents with questions through the ticketing system
  • Direct agents to appropriate resources within the company
  • Perform frontline support for the ticket system
  • Be cross-trained in onboarding and after onboarding support
  • Respond to inquiries in Intercom
  • Follow up with NPS detractors
  • Perform other duties as assigned
