Job Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Real estate experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Problem solving skills
  • 2+ years in the customer service industry

Job Duties

  • Providing white glove service to the agents in our virtual environment and assisting the agents with questions through our in the world ticketing system
  • Helping to direct agents to where they need to go for help in different areas of our company
  • Frontline support for the ticket system
  • Cross-trained in all areas of onboarding and after onboarding
  • Provide white-glove service to the agents
  • Answer inquiries in Intercom
  • Follow up with NPS detractors
  • Other duties as assigned
