- minimum 2 years in the customer service industry
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- excellent organizational skills
- strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- real estate experience preferred

Job Duties
- Provide frontline support for the ticket system
- cross-train in all areas of onboarding and after onboarding
- provide white-glove service to agents
- answer inquiries in Intercom
- follow up with NPS detractors
- assist agents with questions through the virtual environment
- perform other duties as assigned
