Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience managing trade shows or experiential activations
  • Prior experience in transportation sector preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally 25-30% of the time
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for event support
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Capability to stand and walk for prolonged periods at events

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience managing large-scale corporate trade shows or experiential marketing activations
  • Experience in the transportation sector and working with convention exhibit houses preferred
  • Deep understanding of experiential marketing to enhance brand positioning and sales
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects under pressure
  • Experience managing budgets and analyzing event data to prove ROI
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software

Job Duties

  • Orchestrate the annual international trade show circuit managing over 12 events
  • Partner with agencies to design experiential marketing strategies that drive sales and increase market share
  • Synchronize pre-, at-, and post-show campaigns with PR and Social teams for brand amplification
  • Ensure brand cohesion and messaging consistency across all experiential initiatives
  • Oversee procurement and logistics of promotional materials to maximize brand impact
  • Lead event lifecycle from initial concept through teardown, ensuring logistics excellence
  • Manage event budgets and track KPIs to quantify ROI and optimize strategy
