Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or large-scale project management
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar event budgets and complex activations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in strategic event development and execution
  • Willingness to travel globally as required
  • Experience working in autonomous vehicle, automotive or high-growth technology industry preferred
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Familiarity with brand safety and policy issues related to emerging technology

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or large-scale project management
  • Proven track record managing multi-million dollar event budgets and leading complex, high-stakes activations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop event strategy tied to business and brand objectives
  • Exceptional leadership, vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic development with hands-on execution
  • Experience working in autonomous vehicle, automotive, or high-growth technology industry preferred
  • Strong portfolio of creative and measurable experiential programs
  • Experience managing major event sponsorships
  • Understanding of brand safety and policy issues in emerging technology
  • Experience mentoring team members and readiness for leadership

Job Duties

  • Translate overarching brand and business goals into executable event roadmaps including high-impact stunt activations, international conferences, and global sponsorships such as World Cup, Super Bowl, CES, and SXSW
  • Lead end-to-end program management from concept to post-event analysis including vendor selection, contract negotiation, budget management, and on-site execution
  • Collaborate with internal Marketing Creative, Product, and Communications teams and external agencies to design compelling experiential marketing experiences
  • Own and manage large, complex budgets ensuring programs are delivered on time and within financial targets while maximizing ROI
  • Establish measurable objectives for each program, track KPIs, and report on brand lift, lead generation, media value, and overall business impact to senior leadership
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively
  • Analyze program performance and implement improvements for future activations
