Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in logistics, event production, or experiential marketing
- Experience preferred in spirits or beverage alcohol sectors
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry 50+ lbs
- Frequent standing, bending, squatting, and reaching required
- Willingness to travel 20-40%
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain state-required auto liability insurance
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or logistics operations
- Experience working within the spirits industry or beverage alcohol category is strongly preferred
- Experience supporting on- and off-premise spirits sampling programs is strongly preferred
- Strong budget management skills with a focus on cost efficiency
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
- Calm, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail with strong tracking and documentation habits
- Collaborative team player with ability to work autonomously
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based inventory management platforms
- Motivated, proactive, and resourceful with a hustle mentality
Job Duties
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan and lead the deployment of event assets
- Oversee logistical planning for storage, maintenance, fulfillment, and asset lifecycle needs
- Manage warehouse relationships, in-market storage units, and remote logistics support partners
- Maintain organized systems to ensure assets are accessible and deployment-ready
- Coordinate daily with Public Label field team counterparts to support event needs
- Manage and maintain daily routing schedules for accuracy and efficiency
- Identify and oversee a roster of in-market logistical support coordinators
- Support logistics for on- and off-premise spirits sampling programs including asset preparation and transportation
- Serve as a thought leader in operational efficiencies and process improvements
- Oversee daily inventory management, tracking, and documentation
- Monitor and manage costs within program budgets
- Reconcile final budgets and deliver financial reports
- Troubleshoot logistical issues quickly and effectively
- Communicate proactively across internal and external teams
- Apply strong market knowledge to anticipate local needs and restrictions
