Job Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry 50+ lbs
- Frequent standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and extended physical activity
- Ability to travel up to 20-40 percent as needed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain state-required auto liability insurance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in experiential marketing, event production, or logistics operations
- Experience in the spirits industry or beverage alcohol category preferred
- Proven budget management skills focused on cost efficiency
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong tracking and documentation habits
- Collaborative team player with ability to work autonomously
- Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Sheets) and cloud-based inventory management platforms
- Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful
Job Duties
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to plan and lead deployment of event assets
- Oversee logistical planning for storage, maintenance, fulfillment, and asset lifecycle management
- Manage relationships with warehouse facilities, in-market storage units, and remote logistics support partners
- Maintain organized systems for asset accessibility and deployment readiness
- Coordinate daily with field teams to support event needs
- Manage and maintain daily routing schedules for accuracy and timely execution
- Identify and oversee a roster of in-market logistical support coordinators for on-demand hiring
- Support logistics for spirits sampling programs including asset preparation, deployment, and transportation
- Serve as a thought leader in identifying operational efficiencies and process improvements
- Oversee daily inventory management, tracking, and documentation
- Monitor and manage program budgets to ensure cost efficiency
- Reconcile final budgets and deliver financial reporting to senior leadership
- Troubleshoot logistical issues promptly and effectively
- Apply market knowledge to anticipate local needs and restrictions
- Communicate proactively and professionally across teams
