Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-10 years of experience in ticket management for major sporting events
- Proficiency in Excel including advanced functions such as pivot tables and XLOOKUP
- Strong knowledge of ticketing platforms for FIFA World Cup or Olympics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and nights
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally frequently
- Must be able to remain stationary for extended periods
- Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- 5-10 years extensive ticket management experience in major events such as FIFA World Cup or Olympics
- Technically confident with major events ticketing platforms guests' registration tools and data privacy requirements
- Proven ability to communicate clearly both in writing and in person with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong Excel skills able to build automated files including pivot tables formulas advanced data analysis
- Comfortable navigating cross-functional teams clients and agency partners with diplomacy and ease
- Highly organized dependable and focused with attention to detail
- Collaborative by nature with a team-focused mindset
- Open to global travel and flexible work hours including weekends and late nights
- Able to remain in a stationary position at least 50 percent of the time
- Willingness and flexibility to travel domestically and internationally with anticipated high travel level of 45 to 75 percent
Job Duties
- Lead all ticketing operations for the FIFA World Cup 2026 overseeing allocation tracking and delivery
- Provide strategic oversight and advisory support to align ticketing operations with stakeholder goals and contractual obligations
- Establish and manage an integrated ticket and guest access system ensuring alignment
- Coordinate closely with departments such as Hospitality Compliance Accreditation and Guest Services
- Maintain accurate records in Excel including pivot tables XLOOKUP and data validation formulas
- Direct end-to-end planning and execution of ticket fulfilment venue support and guest service delivery for priority client groups
- Manage ticket-related communications and resolve queries in collaboration with internal and external teams
