Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years in experiential marketing, sponsorship, or event production
- Experience leading multi-market event programs
- Strong leadership presence managing large teams
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, travel, and logistics
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled in budget management and forecasting
- Comfortable working under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management platforms
- Endurance to work long hours during activations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
- Willingness to travel domestically 40-60% of the time
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in experiential marketing, sponsorship, or event production preferably in sports or large-scale events
- Proven success managing complex multi-market event programs
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented abilities
- Skilled in staffing, scheduling, travel, and logistics management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
- Experienced in budget management and financial forecasting
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems collaboratively
- Physical endurance for extended hours on-site during activations
Job Duties
- Oversee the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs in the assigned US region
- Manage a dynamic regional team responsible for multiple brand activations across 2-3 host cities
- Lead staffing, travel, accommodations, meals, scheduling, and on-site logistics for all events
- Partner with Experience leads on activation strategies, budgets, operational trackers, and post-event recaps
- Serve as the primary contact for regional budgets, tracking expenses and forecasting costs
- Oversee live event execution, resolving issues in real-time during activations
- Collaborate on post-event reporting and evaluation to provide actionable insights
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive regional team culture aligning with company values
