Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years in experiential marketing, sponsorship, or event production
  • Experience leading multi-market event programs
  • Strong leadership presence managing large teams
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to manage staffing, scheduling, travel, and logistics
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Skilled in budget management and forecasting
  • Comfortable working under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management platforms
  • Endurance to work long hours during activations
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolonged periods
  • Willingness to travel domestically 40-60% of the time
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience in experiential marketing, sponsorship, or event production preferably in sports or large-scale events
  • Proven success managing complex multi-market event programs
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented abilities
  • Skilled in staffing, scheduling, travel, and logistics management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Experienced in budget management and financial forecasting
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems collaboratively
  • Physical endurance for extended hours on-site during activations

Job Duties

  • Oversee the planning and execution of experiential marketing programs in the assigned US region
  • Manage a dynamic regional team responsible for multiple brand activations across 2-3 host cities
  • Lead staffing, travel, accommodations, meals, scheduling, and on-site logistics for all events
  • Partner with Experience leads on activation strategies, budgets, operational trackers, and post-event recaps
  • Serve as the primary contact for regional budgets, tracking expenses and forecasting costs
  • Oversee live event execution, resolving issues in real-time during activations
  • Collaborate on post-event reporting and evaluation to provide actionable insights
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive regional team culture aligning with company values
