Job Requirements
- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in high volume food service operation/preparation is preferred (Asian cuisine preferred)
- Must have excellent customer service/communication skills
- Must have knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and/or entire shift
- Be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in high volume food service operation/preparation (Asian Cuisine preferred)

- Must have knowledge of kitchen sanitation, operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment
Job Duties
- Prepares food items as directed, ensuring each order sent out is uniform and consistent
- Prepares food, including hot entrees for our Asian dishes, to specification in an accurate and timely manner to provide guests with a quality product
- Controls food production to include proper cooking methods, cooking time and temperature, ensuring sanitation, handling and storage of prepared food and prepares leftovers
- Demonstrates competent product knowledge by correct storing and handling of all perishables, maintaining quality, security, value and integrity
- Oversees proper care, storage, use and cleaning of all tools and equipment
- Effectively communicates with other team members, including service and kitchen maintenance personnel
- Maintains assigned station in a clean and sanitary condition in accordance with department service standards and job functions
