Job Requirements
- Applicant must be at least 21 years of age
- Minimum 1-2 years previous experience in high volume food service operation preparation is preferred Asian cuisine preferred
- Must have excellent customer service communication skills
- Must have knowledge of kitchen sanitation operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift including holidays and weekends
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time and or entire shift
- Be able to tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke high noise levels bright lights and dust

Job Duties
- Prepares food items as directed ensuring each order sent out is uniform and consistent
- Prepares food including hot entrees for Asian dishes according to specifications in an accurate and timely manner
- Controls food production including proper cooking methods cooking time and temperature ensuring sanitation handling and storage of prepared food and leftovers
- Demonstrates competent product knowledge by correct storing and handling of all perishables maintaining quality security value and integrity
- Oversees proper care storage use and cleaning of all tools and equipment
- Effectively communicates with other team members including service and kitchen maintenance personnel
- Maintains assigned station in a clean and sanitary condition according to department service standards and job functions
