Job Duties
- Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area
- Greet and welcome clients and patients
- Answer questions and triage client concerns
- Answer calls or emails and direct them to appropriate parties
- Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow
- Check in and check out clients
- Process payments
- Provide friendly emotional support to clients during times of need
- Work comfortably with various medical outcomes
- Withstand unpleasant odors and noises
- Handle exposure to bites, scratches, animal waste, and contagious diseases
