Job Duties

  • Maintain the visual appeal of the hospital reception area
  • Greet and welcome clients and patients
  • Answer questions and triage client concerns
  • Answer calls or emails and direct them to appropriate parties
  • Schedule appointments to maximize efficiency and daily flow
  • Check in and check out clients
  • Process payments
  • Provide friendly emotional support to clients during times of need
  • Work comfortably with various medical outcomes
  • Withstand unpleasant odors and noises
  • Handle exposure to bites, scratches, animal waste, and contagious diseases
