Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on tandoor cooking experience
  • strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and tandoor techniques
  • strong cooking fundamentals and experience working a busy line
  • culinary degree from IHM or equivalent preferred
  • a team player who thrives in a busy kitchen
  • weekend availability is required
  • authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Culinary degree from IHM or equivalent preferred
  • strong knowledge of Indian spices, marinades, and tandoor cooking techniques
  • at least 5 years of hands-on tandoor cooking experience
  • strong cooking fundamentals and experience working a busy line
  • ability to work well in a team
  • effective communication skills
  • experience managing kitchen workflow as an expo

Job Duties

  • Cooking delicious naan, kabobs, tikkas, and other dishes in a traditional tandoor
  • prepping marinades and ensuring authentic flavors
  • supporting general line cooking and prep work as needed
  • acting as expo during service by organizing tickets and managing communication between kitchen and service
  • working closely with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food consistently
  • assisting with weekend events and catering gigs
