Job Duties
- Prepare fresh sushi and other menu items according to company recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
- Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to provide excellent guest experiences
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
- Assist in inventory management and stock control
- Work flexible hours including weekends
