Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a sushi chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong knife skills and sushi preparation knowledge
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and social restaurant environment

Job Duties
