Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a sushi chef in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Strong knife skills and sushi preparation knowledge
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and social restaurant environment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
Job Duties
- Craft exceptional sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls with precision and creativity
- Collaborate on menu development to introduce new flavors while honoring traditional sushi techniques
- Source the freshest fish and ingredients to maintain high standards of quality and taste
- Manage and mentor junior sushi chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning and passion
- Enhance guest satisfaction by providing engaging and educational experiences at the sushi bar
