Job Qualifications
- 6 months+ experience working with sushi in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Skilled in plating and presentation
- Understanding of nigiri, sashimi, and specialties
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence
Job Duties
- Assist in preparing sushi and other menu items with precision and consistency
- Ensure freshness and proper handling of all ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station
- Work closely with the kitchen and FOH teams to ensure smooth service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
