- An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state
- Ability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturday) and be flexible with schedule
- Passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry
- Salon experience an asset

Job Duties
- Ensure the bar's vibe and hair is consistent with Blo brand standards
- Manage bloer recruitment and training through Blo's signature Blo U University
- Mentor and up-train existing bloers so they are always blo-ing to their true styling potential
- Be a role model and Blo brand ambassador
- Participate in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment
- Opportunity to be cross-trained on additional services such as makeup or be promoted to management roles
