Job Duties

Prepare between 500 to 3,000 meals daily
work approximately 40 hours per week
be available 7 days a week for occasional evening or weekend events
step in during a medical leave assignment expected to last 6 to 8 weeks, possibly longer
manage meal production from day one
maintain high culinary standards
oversee kitchen operations during shifts
