Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or related fields preferred but not required
- Ability to stand and walk frequently during work hours
- Capability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Valid motor vehicle driving record in accordance with dealership standards
- Willingness to undergo background screening

Job Duties
- Oversee flow of drive lane
- Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
- Take ownership of the customer’s experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person
- Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers
- Distribute work between technicians efficiently
