Job Requirements
- must be 18 or older
- must be able to work under pressure and multitask
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- flexible to work closing shifts until 1 am on weekends and midnight during the week
- ability to complete online and in-person training
- ability to maintain focus on speed, hospitality, cleanliness, and teamwork
Job Qualifications
- must be at least 18 years old
- must be able to work weekends and holidays
- 1-year serving experience preferred
- welcoming and guest service driven
- knowledge of responsible alcoholic beverage service
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- create a fun and memorable experience
- know the menu inside and out
- engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
- enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
- ensure ongoing guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to guest needs promptly
