Job Duties
- Greeting guests and escorting them to their seats
- Checking IDs to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages
- Taking food and beverage orders using software, order slips, or memorization
- Delivering food and beverages promptly
- Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware
- Providing exceptional customer service experience
- Clearing tables and resetting for next guests
