Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Neat appearance and commitment to personal hygiene
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well with others and independently
- Ability to organize and multi-task
- Knowledge of proper etiquette for table clearing is a plus
- Previous experience in food service is beneficial but not required
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and tips
Job Duties
- Assist all levels of highly personalized, technical, warm, fun, efficient service
- Work closely with servers, management and guests to ensure a technically exceptional experience
- Assist servers in food delivery, service of guests, table maintenance, hospitality based guest experience
- Carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning
- Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants
- Clean up spilled food or drink or broken dishes and remove empty bottles and trash
- Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant
- Able to interact with guests and staff in a friendly/fast manner
- Treat guests in a manner to ensure their complete satisfaction
- Always strive to exceed our guests' expectations
- Report to work in a neat and clean uniform
- Well-groomed hair and personal hygiene are essential
- Work as a team with all CRAVE personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service
- Other duties as directed
- This position starts at a base of $13 per hour and is a tipped position
